This service is different to any other as I am not here to sell you anything, just to offer independent advice that will help you save money rather than waste it.
This all about homes working harder and properly, through the right storage, making use of space, finding spaces you didn’t know you had, working out how to use the stuff you already own.

Once we have established the issue and all the variables I'll help you identify how you squeeze more 'rooms' out of the home you already have. With some ingenuity and an open mind, it's surprising what's possible. You will leave the process with sketched solutions on a floor plan of your home (assuming it's available online) and Pinterest suggestions to act as inspiration. I'll support you briefing trades to make sure your plans come to life.

Shop Your House
It's amazing how many of us already have the furniture and storage we need but it's just in the wrong place. Living with it every day makes it hard to see - and sometimes hard to imagine how it would work or look in a new place. Using what’s in your home already to better effect probably just needs and outside eye and some astute measuring

Waste of Space
Wasted space is a huge problem for most homes - either due to not enough storage, or the wrong storage, or storage in the wrong place. Maximise storage and make spaces work harder. Every Last Space can be used in ways you probably haven't imagined, to create a sense or order and a more usable home

If you are viewing a new property and need a bit of Kirsty & Phil style help seeing the potential, take me with you. I can help work out room use, adapt spaces to fit your needs, where rooms might need rejigging and what to do about storage. None of the ideas will cost as much as you'd get hiring an architect. *fee varies by distance from my base

Renting Made Better
Rented doesn’t have to mean limited. Sure, there are 100s of Instagram accounts filled with ideas for renters, but that doesn't mean it will work in your home. Also landlords vary in how much they will let tenants change stuff, so sometimes the problem requires a bit of creativity and knowhow
